SeeStorm provides voice disguise software
that allows voice conversion (make male
voice sound like female, adult voice sound
like child, normal voice sound like whisper,
and vice versa), voice acceleration/
deceleration (make speech slower or faster),
or combination of both.
Voice can be changed by choosing a pre-defined voice
mode or by direct changing of speech sound parameters.
